the queen of wands

Knight of Wands 2_edited.jpg

The Queen represents the feminine side of the suits’ energy.

“Today is about treating yourself well. When was the last time you indulged in your passions? Take a hike in nature. Get involved.”

Wands are associated with the element of FIRE. Wands represent new growth, energy, and action.

The Queen of Wands sits on her throne with the staff in one hand and a sunflower in the other. She also has flowers in her hair. She is gazing forward and is regal in her stance. Above her head are two lionheads. At her foot is a cat.

The Queen holds her staff boldly which indicates the power she has to rule. The sunflower in her hand (and the flowers in her hair) represent nature or domestic issues. The lionheads above her stand for strength and courage. The cat at her feet is symbolizing her feminine side and her ability to understand with her deep intuition.

This Queen knows what she wants and where she is going. She is just as fiery as her husband and any task she sets her mind to she can accomplish. She has the energy and ability to take matters in her own hands and get things done. The Queen is dedicated to her causes and approaches her tasks with passion and optimistic enthusiasm.

When this card appears, take a look at your life beyond work. Queens typically have causes. What is your cause? Or your passion?

Consider that you have all the energy and intuition you need to accomplish great things. Do not deny yourself the opportunity to prosper in business or on the home front.

Today is about treating yourself well. When was the last time you indulged in your passions? Take a hike in nature. Get involved.
